AIDEN CROPSEY
TRAINER

Aiden Cropsey (he/him) is a passionate educator with a wealth of knowledge in sexuality education, LGBTQ+ topics and sexual violence prevention. At Answer, Aiden helps educators strengthen their skills when providing comprehensive sex ed. He also develops training for educators and youth seeking to expand their knowledge of human sexuality. Prior to joining the Answer team, Aiden started the Office of LGBT Programs & Services at SUNY Geneseo, and served as the Interim Director of the LGBT Resource Center at Cornell University. After moving to Philadelphia, Aiden worked at Project HOME to address the needs of unhoused youth and at REI to help people get outside more. Now, Aiden spends a large part of his time working toward a dual degree at Widener University: an MSW and an MEd in Human Sexuality. Whenever he can, he gets to the woods for a hike with his dogs or hops on his bicycle to explore Philly and all the beauty this world has to offer.

 

ERICA PASS, Psy.D.
Editorial Content Developer

 

Erica Pass (she/her) works directly with Answer's teen editorial staff to develop stories and blog posts for Sexetc.org, our teen-written, sexual health magazine and website. She also manages recruitment, orientation and regular meetings with the teen staff. In the past, Erica worked as an editor and writer (most notably for Nickelodeon, a division of Viacom). She is the author of several books for children. She is also a licensed clinical psychologist who works in private practice. Erica has also worked at the counseling center at Rutgers University, where she was a key liaison to the RU Center for Social Justice, working closely with the campus LGBTQ+ student population. Erica is thrilled to be at Answer, where she can combine her professional interests of editing, writing and working to develop sexual health content that is accessible to teens. She holds a B.A. in English from Binghamton University (State University of New York) and a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers University. 

 

CHRISTINE SANCHEZ
Business Assistant

 

Christine Sanchez (she/her) has over 17 years of accounting and financial experience in the private sector. She came to Rutgers in July 2022 to expand her accounting knowledge and is excited to support Answer and their financial/administrative goals. Christine enjoys being a part of Answer and learning how it supports teens via access to comprehensive sex education. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Montclair State University. 

 

EMILY VIGNOLA, MPH
Digital Content Developer

 

Emily Vignola (she/her) develops content for and manages the Answer and Sex, Etc. social media platforms. She works directly with the Sex, Etc. teen staff to create content that is relevant and relatable to other teens. Prior to joining Answer, she was the Social Media and Marketing Coordinator for a business in the health care sector and was Answer’s summer 2022 Intern. Emily is passionate about bringing sexual health education to social media and using it to advocate for comprehensive sex education, LGBTQ+ rights and reproductive rights. She holds a B.S. in Health Studies from Fairleigh Dickinson University and her Master’s in Public Health from Montclair State University.  

 

TAZMINE WEISGERBER, CHES®
Training and Technical Assistance Manager

 

Tazmine (Taz) Weisgerber (she/her) is an experienced and committed sex educator. At Answer, Taz is responsible for providing professional development to sex educators around the country, including the implementation of the Foundations: Core Skills Training for Sex Ed initiative. She also provides sexual health training for the Sex, Etc. teen staff and works on other national sexual health projects which aim to further the reach and scope of comprehensive sexuality education. Taz was the recipient of a Global Youth Ambassador grant from Planned Parenthood Global which allowed her to travel to Kenya for a learning exchange, where she developed a curriculum for young parents to develop the necessary skills to discuss sexuality with their children. Prior to joining the Answer team, Taz was an educator with Planned Parenthood of Northern, Central and Southern New Jersey. She holds a B.S. in Health Education with Teacher Certification from Montclair State University and is a Masters candidate in the Department of Women’s, Gender and Sexuality Studies at Rutgers University.
