Privacy Statement

Our Commitment to Privacy

At Answer, we are respectful of your online privacy. This policy is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect, use and protect the personal information you provide to us.

Do We Disclose Information to Outside Parties?

We do not disclose any personal information that is provided to us with outside parties. We make our best effort to protect your privacy.

What Information Do We Collect?

We will collect non-personal information via IP addresses and cookies. An IP address is a numeric address assigned to your computer. We use IP addresses for system administration and security and to improve the value of the materials available on the site. Cookies are pieces of information that a Web site places in a file associated with your browser. This information also allows us to improve the usability of the site.

We only have access to personal identifying information, like your first name, username, gender, age, state, country, zip code or e-mail address if you voluntarily submit it. The username selected by the user will also serve as his/her “handle” when registering for workshops.  Thus, we encourage users to select an unidentifiable username.

Users may decide to become a member of Answer.  Further, we will only use personal identifying information to respond to your specific request or e-mail, and the information will not be shared with or distributed to third parties. We use your e-mail address initially to allow you to opt-in to the Answer Web site registration. The user will need to confirm his/her profile setup via this e-mail opt-in process.

All e-mails are opt-in and provide a link to unsubscribe to the e-mail list if the user so desires. Information about users will only be shared with others in aggregate (for example, number of users per day) and no personally identifiable information will be disclosed.

How Do We Use the Information that You Provide to Us?

We use personal information for purposes of administering our business activities and providing customer service. Occasionally, we may also use the information we collect to notify you about important changes to the Web site, new services, and special offerings we think you may find valuable.
