Resources for Parents
Every Young Person's First Sex Educator
Parents are important sex educators for their children, but it can be tough to navigate discussions about sexual health and wellbeing – especially without the resources to be equipped with the information and skills necessary to set children up for success. Answer is here to help by providing links to books, organizations and websites, and workshops that can support parents in this critical role.
Young people want to hear from their parents, so talk early and talk often. There are lots of resources available to help parents become more comfortable and confident talking with their children.
"Not only do I appreciate the articles, but I refer my 14-year old son to the site. The stories your site presents are fair and nonjudgmental, which is exactly what is needed by teens struggling with a myriad of questions about sex" - Chris, 57, TX
