Madeleine Lowe, MPH

Madeleine Lowe (she/her) is the Manager of Sex Education & Training at Answer, where she leads professional development initiatives that help educators and other youth-serving professionals provide high-quality, inclusive, culturally relevant sex education. She designs and facilitates trainings on a wide range of topics for professionals, parents, and youth, including the Sex, Etc. teen staff; develops educational resources; manages Answer’s online certificate program; and builds partnerships with youth-serving organizations across the country to expand access to comprehensive sex education.

Throughout her career, Madeleine has worked at the intersection of education, public health, and policy to improve sexual health and well-being outcomes for young people. Her experience spans classroom teaching, statewide implementation of sex education programs, policy advocacy, and program design and management, shaping her systems-level approach to advancing high-quality sex education. Madeleine holds a B.A. in Political Science from American University and a Master of Public Health from the University of Pennsylvania.
