Course Description

"Sexuality ABCs (Abstinence, Birth Control and Condoms)" uses fun and engaging online techniques—such as podcasts, flash animation, videos, threaded discussions and interactive games—to help participants:

• Understand trends in adolescent sexual behavior
• Get updated on contraceptive methods
• Receive sample lesson plans
• Practice answering Frequently Asked Questions from teens
• Review laws regarding teens accessing birth control
• Discover the most current resources

Course Fees & Credits

The registration fee is $150. Participants will receive a certificate of professional development upon successful completion of the course. Additionally, the course is approved for six category one CHES credits by the National Center for Health Education Credentialing (NCHEC). Please inquire about group discounts if you are interested in enrolling department staff from the same school or agency.

Registration Process

2.  One to two business days after you have successfully registered with eCollege, you will receive an e-mail containing your user name and password. 

If you do not receive an e-mail with the course web site, your log in name and your password please contact the eCollege help desk 732-932-4702.

3.  Once you have your username and password, click here to login and enter the course.  You will have 3 months from the date you receive your login ID and password to begin the course.  From the day you log into the course you will have one month to complete the course.
