Help Viewing the Videos

Can't watch a video on our site?

You probably need to download a universal video player to your computer. We have videos on our site in a few different formats. You can view all of them by using recent versions of Quicktime or Flash Player. Either one should work.

If you still can't watch the videos after you try downloading the most recent version of these video players then e-mail us at answered@rci.rutgers.edu. Let us know as much about your computer as possible (the operating system, the browser you are using, what happens when you try to play the video, etc) so that we can help.
